Ajith Nishantha (my estranged husband who abducted my son violating a court order issued regarding the custody of the child) used three different Sri Lankan National Identity Cards (NICs). The particulars of the three NICs are:

01. Name: Ajith Nishantha Madurapperuma
NIC No: 592540371 V

02. Name: Madurapperuma Arachchige Don Ajith Nishantha
NIC No: 592540398 V

03. Name: Siri Suda Rathna Bandaraga Don Pushpakumara Jayawardana
NIC No: 580121535 V

Last two NICs are fraudulently obtained.

He is also wanted by the Sri Lankan authorities for committing bigamy.

This man is a fugitive from justice. He will eventually destroy the future of the small child he had kidnapped from the legal custody of the mother. Hence it is the duty of every person to help the authorities to apprehend him. Therefore please inform the nearest police station (in whatever country) if you have any information about his present whereabouts.

He has forcibly taken my son from my custody and illegally emigrated from the country. I cannot explain to you how much my son means to me. He is everything I have. I am a 39 year old Sri Lankan school teacher. I am married and have a very lovable son who is almost six years old now.

On May 6th this year, my estranged husband had abducted my son violating a Court order issued regarding the custody of the child. I have reliable information that on the same day, he had left Sri Lanka for Chennai, India with the child. He may have gone to another country from India. He had used forged Passports obtained in assumed names for himself and the child as the genuine Passports had been black listed.

They may have left India (if they have already done that) using either the genuine passports or forged passports.

The Police and the Child Protection Bureau in Sri Lanka are trying to trace their whereabouts so that my husband could be brought back to Sri Lanka to be brought to book. The Criminal Investigation Department of the Sri Lanka Police is also conducting investigations through the Interpol (Reference Number: C 414/08/CM).

Sir, I need your kind assistance to find out whether they have come to Hong Kong and if so when and also whether they are still there and if possible their present whereabouts.
